Events

The Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club has several facilities that you may choose to host your birthday or graduation party, wedding, rehearsal dinner, meeting, corporate event, or game-watching party. We are able to accommodate large and small groups for a variety of events.

In addition to event space, we also offer breakfast, lunch and dinner catering. In addition to the items on our catering menu, we will accommodate your custom menu for any type of event. Your facility rental also includes use of our available chairs, tables, and linens.

Event Facilities

OU Everest Pavilion

Often used for dining and score tallying, the Everest Pavilion is a great place to kick back after a golf tournament and we host our annual July 4^th event here. It is settled between the No. 9 fairway, lawns, and the Clubhouse.

The pavilion offers a place to relax in the shade with friends while discussing the tournament you just completed, the latest OU victory, or eating barbecue right off the grill. The Everest Pavilion is a great place to host many types of get-togethers and has hosted golf tournaments, weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners birthday parties, and corporate events in the past.

The pavilion has a raised concrete floor, overhead fans, fireplace, barbecue grill, electrical outlets, wind screens and a speaker system.

Champions Conference Room & Lounge

This is a great private setting for hosting many types of events. Your event can go from the Conference Room straight to 18 Holes of Championship Golf or the Practice Facilities.
The Champions Conference Room is a great place to get out of the office and meet for business,
watch the game, host an awards ceremony, or have a small indoor party.

The Champions Conference Room is equipped with the following:

Projector with Computer Capabilities and a 100” Projection Screen, DVD/VCR/HDTV,
window black-outs, WI-FI, Conference Capabilities include a Conference phone (available by request), Dry/Erase Board, Podium and computer hook-up to the projection system.
