OU Everest Pavilion

Often used for dining and score tallying, the Everest Pavilion is a great place to socialize before and after a golf tournament. The Pavilion is settled between the #9 fairway, lawns, and the Clubhouse. Able to seat up to 300 people, the Pavilion offers a place to relax in the shade with friends while discussing the tournament you just completed, the latest OU victory, or eating barbecue right off the grill. The Everest Pavilion is a great place to host many types of get-togethers and has hosted golf tournaments, weddings and receptions, birthday parties, and corporate events in the past. 

The Everest Pavilion has a raised concrete floor, overhead fans, fireplace, barbecue grill, electrical outlets, and wind screens.

Champions Conference Room & Lounge

This is a great private setting for hosting many types of events. Your event can go from the Conference Room straight to 18 Holes of Championship Golf or the Practice Facilities. The Champions Conference Room is a great place to get out of the office and meet for business, watch the game, host an awards ceremony, or have a small indoor party.

The Champions Conference Room is equipped with the following:

Projector with Computer Capabilities and a 100” Projection Screen, DVD/VCR/HDTV, carpeted floor, window black-outs

Conference Capabilities include a Conference phone (available by request), Dry/Erase Board, Podium, computer hook-up to the projection system
